We camped there for several nights at energy lake after the NASP nationals.

I live in Lexington and I’m surfing the web trying to find places in KY to overland. Haven’t found any yet, but maybe found another newbie to overlanding. Where do you live?

LBL is always an amazing trip. The park is run very well by its staff and offers a lot of fun things to do. If you’re ever in vicinity of western Kentucky/Tennessee, you have to check it out.

I was wondering when I’d see you on here! I wish we all could have hit the trails at PC, but we’re moving to Virginia later this month. So you and Drew are ever rolling through VA you’ll have to message me and we’ll hit the trails!

FJ’s are always welcome! I’m moving to Virginia later this month though, so if you ever make it to VA let me know, by then I’ll have some good spots to head into. There is an FJ & XTerra page on Facebook by the way.

Ahhh okay! I have P&P Engineering Level II rock sliders, but no other work yet. I’m planning on getting a significantly better steel front bumper which will not only protect but also give the truck a lot more approach clearance. Nissan did a good job with the OE bumper, but I also want to safely and securely mount a winch up front.
